What we love most about this house is its proximity to the water and living in a vibrant island community with access to an association deep water dock, mooring, park, beach, community house and walking trails. Within a mile radius in addition to our private association amenities, there is another beach, two more docks, plenty of swimming holes, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding access, and two public preserves for dog walking, hiking and exploring. The house itself is a traditional ranch with a surprisingly spacious finished basement with a guest bedroom, office, family room, walk-in closet, bathroom and laundry room.
