the home has new windows,roof,heat hot water systems all in past 5 years. new oversized 2 car garge all wikred. the garge needs siding. the large part of house has 2 baths but one has been removed and needs to be replaced the room will be sheetrockede for now. the apt bath room is new. new carpets, siding on garge, and the one bath can be done or we can talk on the asking price if that helps the buyer. also im in the process of painting out the house with neutral colors. with the apt it helped me with monthly bills such as oil,electric ect. Neighborhood Description the neighboorhood is great close to school. i never locked my doors when i was there.
