You will have to obtain a chain o lakes permit so you don't get in trouble and get a fine for not having it. Washer and dryer is on site about a block away down at the pavilion where the pool is located in the clubhouse. Minimum one year lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Fees collected prior to moving in are as follows: First Months Rent $1375 plus water/sewer bill utility for about $1500 TOTAL. Last Month's Rent $1375 plus a couple Utilites for about $1500 TOTAL Plus, $1500 Security Deposit. If you have good credit and a good job only 2 months is required for about $3000. The condo association charges a one time $500 application charge when you first move in. Unfortunately, I know it a ridiculously high amount but it must be paid to get you vehicle stickers and ID to use all the amenities. The total amount due prior to moving in is $4500 (without any pets). Or $3000 with good credit and a long term job. Animals that are already named on the lease will go up by a $250 non-refundable fee per animal. This is a non-refundable pet deposit. Furthermore, each pet will cost an additional $50 per month. Any found unautorized on the property will be penalized for $500 and subject to being evicted. Small pets may be permitted with the landlord's permission in writing. $250 non-refundable pet fee if applicable. If you are found to have a cat or dog without permission, you will be immediatly evicted or must pay a $500 penalty fee and $50 addittional dollars per month. Any costs associated with boat slip rental fee for the summer months. Pool, clubhouse, parks, trails and beach and amenities are free to all residents. Ample parking available so long as you have a Vacation Village sticker in the windshield. PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY THRU THE ZILLOW APP! Tenant is responsible for transferring all utilities except the water bill because that must remain in the owners name for legal reasons. Thus, the water bill remains is owners name but tenant is still responsible for it. Tenant must put ComEd/Electric, North Shore Gas, {private security camers (if desired), renters inurance contents, WiFi and entertainment packages are tenants responsibilities.
