This furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers an open living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen boasts cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. Enjoy bamboo hardwood floors, great sunlight, in-unit washer/dryer, ceramic and mosaic tile baths, a master bath and a large master closet. The apartment includes a queen and king-size bed. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is difficult to find and expensive in Boston, but we have a few spaces that are 1 mile from the building. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Steps to public transportation, shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife of Kenmore Square, this apartment is a short stroll to Newbury Street and Back Bay. Located at 16 Miner Street, it is a three-minute walk from the D Green Line D at the Fenway stop. Keys will be in a lockbox located a 6-minute walk from the unit. Self check-in and check-out are available for your privacy. There is a $150 lost key fee. For stays extending beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to reservation confirmation. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days before arrival.
