Publix and all the shopping and traffic is only 5 miles away. Close to the turnpike (13 mins away), and other major traffic arteries. No smoking, I tolerate guest smoking on the back patio. Lease is month to month. Utilities included. No pets. No overnight guests. No more than one vehicle. RV and Boat parking is available and negotiable for an additional fee. Boat ramp access included in HOA fee. Cleaning the shared space is also shared! You make the mess you clean the mess is the kitchen rule. The electric is included unless bill is over $300 we have to split the difference over the 300 limit. It has only happened 2 or 3 x and it wasn't that much over. You are required to have renters insurance with liability in case you cause a fire or some other calamity insurance will cover the loss. Currently renters insurance with liability is less than $20 a month. I had a kitchen fire once it didn't look that bad but it cost $31k to fix it. Glad that did come out of my pocket! Less than $20 a month is a deal.
