It also comes with 5 closets with plenty of space. The unit is right next to one of the laundry rooms on the floor and steps away from the trash room. It has been a quiet and peaceful place that allows me to focus on my work without any worries. The building is within walking distance to Penn and Drexel, and is within the service area of Penn shuttles and PennBUS East. The building is well managed and everyone on the management and concierge I have interacted with has been very helpful and friendly. There will be no other fees except the rent and power bill. Internet is not included, and as far as I know either Comcast or Verizon internet can be set up in the unit quite easily (I'm using Verizon so you don't need to wait to set it up). There has been some construction on the street downstairs, which according to PennDOT will be done this year, but due to the orientation and height of the unit I have not heard noticeable noise. There will be no other fees except the rent and power bill. Internet is not included.
