The pool. 15X30 with scallops on the ends. The back yard is very relaxing and pieceful. A six foot wooden fence provides complete privacy. A small wooden deck provides seating. A larger deck offers a place to lounge by the pool or watch a football game. For the kids there is a 10 foot high wooden playhouse with a slide that runs into a large sandbox. The neighborhood is very quiet. Montego is one of the few North-South streets in the area, there is no through traffic and children can safely play in front of the house at any time of day. Lastly, the property is in the north perry airport section of South Broward. Beautiful little planes, blimps and helicopters fly gently overhead. I keep a camera close at hand and occasionally take pictures of the more rare ones.
