This could possibly be a permanent second bedroom, if needed. EV CHARGER The garage includes a Tesla charger as well as a second EV charger. Owner pays all bills; house is furnished and ready to go (but owner can also remove and store furniture if renter prefers to use their own furniture). Lease term is set at 6 months but I am flexible, from 30 days to 1 year. One month rent due upfront as security deposit; will be returned after last month of lease less any costs for repairs, cleaning, etc. PARKING Lease includes access to two-car garage (which includes a Tesla charger). Additional fees charged if garage door opener not returned at end of lease. SMOKING & DRUGS Absolutely no smoking anything, including vapes, inside the building. If possible, please smoke outside the external walls, as the wood chips on the patio are flammable; however, smoking is allowed on the patio. Illegal drugs and plant medicines are prohibited on the property. PHOTOGRAPHY There is NO COMMERCIAL USE ALLOWED without my prior permission (including recording videos/images for a professional social media sites). Please message me if that is your interest and we will make separate arrangements. A fee may be applied. NO PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may have guests over and you may host small gatherings such as holiday parties for your friends and family. However, these need to be disclosed to the owner along with the number of people attending. Neither I nor the City of Dallas allow short-term rentals of this home for public parties. Violators will be asked to leave, fined, and reported without deposit returned. No exceptions. OUTSIDE CAMERAS Two cameras are installed to observe the gate for security reasons and to ensure compliance with party policy. No recordings are ever made inside the house and there is no visibility by cameras into what is going on through the windows. Your privacy as of the upmost importance, as well as your security. Renter can be provided with access to view these cameras, as well. AGENT FEES Owner will not pay agent fees, commissions, finders' fees, etc.
