Just 15 minutes away from downtown Tampa, Ybor City, and Seminole Heights, you can explore vibrant cultural attractions, a thriving food scene, or head out for a day of adventure at Busch Gardens. You'll have countless options to create unforgettable memories. Florida is tropical, and local wildlife, including insects, is common. The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but occasional sightings may occur. No refunds will be issued for this. The bungalow has quirks and charm typical of a 100-year-old home. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am, and guests are asked to respect these hours both inside and outside. No pets on furniture, no smoking inside, and no parties or events are allowed. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fee for air remediation. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay cleaning will incur a $100 fee. Entry is via a personal smart lock code sent after booking.
