This apartment is very centrally located. Florida's tropical environment means you may encounter local wildlife, including insects. The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but occasional sightings may occur. No refunds will be issued for this. The apartment features a smart lock code for easy access, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. Smoking inside the home is prohibited, and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
