Guests are expected to take care of the home as they would their own. To access the resort, guests are required to share a guest list to create and share QR codes. Essentials are provided for the first night only, including toiletries and kitchen supplies. For long stays of 25 days or more, a $2,000 security deposit is required, which is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage or deep cleaning required. A $400 security deposit is also required, fully refundable if no damages or cleaning issues are present, up to 7 business days after check-out.
