The process for renting this house is as follows: We have some preliminary questions we ask by email or text, and if all sounds good, we can set up a time to show you the house. If you decide you like the house, and we like you, that is when we have you fill out an application on SmartMove. You pay the $40 (per adult living in the house) and if smart move recommends you, we take that off the first months rent.
