Each room is private, well-lit, and offers generous closet space. For your comfort, the master and queen bedrooms are equipped with optional blackout shades, allowing you to enjoy peaceful and undisturbed sleep, even if you decide to sleep in.
The master bathroom features dual sinks, a large mirror, a medicine cabinet, and a walk-in shower. The second hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination and serves as a central hub for all the bedrooms.

This is an additional reminder about the train that runs through the town of Longmont and near our home. The train doesn't have a fixed schedule and it can run during the day or at night. Additionally, it does blow its horn. We strive to provide transparency and open communication regarding this important detail.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm 8 am.
Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited and any violations will result in a fine of $350. This fee is applied on a per-occurrence basis.
PARKING: 2-car parking on the driveway is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. You are also welcome to park one car on the street. RV parking must be approved. There is a garage that will fit one car however landlords lawn maintenance items are stored in the garage and will need to be accessed once a week in the summer months.
Inclement weather: Snow removal for the driveway and path to the front door is the tenant's responsibility. Landlord will be responsible for the public sidewalk.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Utility Expenses: Utilities will be paid by the tenant.
We have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. One on the front porch, one with a view of the garage door, and one with a view of the northern side of the house that monitors the alleyway only. There are no video/audio cameras inside the house or in the backyard.
There is a beautiful Trumpet vine that drapes over the back fence. The seeds and pods are a minor skin irritant to a small percentage of people. We require that you do not touch, handle, or pick the vines, flowers, seeds, or pods.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
