Few areas on the mountain permit residents to keep horses on their property. Existing horse corrals will remain. Off road trails abound for exploring by horseback, bicycle, dirt bike, ATV/UTV or hiking. Brian Head Town is approx. 8 minutes drive. There you will find two general stores, dining at the Brian Head Hotel, and fast food in local establishments. Bicycles and off-road vehicles can be rented in Brian Head throughout the summer and fall. A post office, town hall, small gas station, sheriff and emergency services are available.
