The room for rent is available August 1st for $1,075/month. Newly renovated, this grand old four-bedroom townhouse is immense (~2,600+ sq. ft.) and full of character and old city charm, with beautiful wood detailing and hardwood floors. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, and big beautiful windows throughout provide incredible natural light. First floor common areas are all fully furnished and well-appointed and include a large foyer, a living room with a 55" big screen TV, a dining room with a table that seats eight, a new full-size washer and dryer, a half bathroom, and an enormous and well-appointed chefs' kitchen all with 12' ceilings!
