The 'Mollie Newcomb' is a modern twist on a traditional design that includes a massive amount of windows and a vaulted ceiling from the front to rear of the home. Commercial grade construction methods and materials make this so. This model currently does not feature a garage, but a garage addition with smart access from either 2 sides of the home would be a natural design evolution. A rustic, barn wood style exterior blends into the landscape. This is contrasted to a modern, gallery like interior space. This model was the 3rd Colorado Prospector Home built and remains one of our favorites.
