2 bedroom apartment looking for a subleaser! This is a great apartment complex, the owners are wonderful and make sure everything is taken care of, were only moving because we choose to move closer to family which are out of Lafayette. There is a spacious balcony that faces a wooded area where you can have chairs and a gas grill outside! Pets are allowed with a deposit, there's no application fee however there is a $50 fee per adult being placed on the lease. It is total electric which runs us about $80 a month, WiFi is included in the rent and we will leave our router so you don't have to purchase one. There is laundry in the basement of the building and this is on the top floor of the complex so there's no one above you stomping or anything. The complex is extremely quiet and everyone keeps to theirselves. There are two air conditioners in the unit and the heating is baseboard heating, there's a dishwasher in the unit with plenty of cabinet space. Lots of closet space. Extremely quiet complex! We're looking to have someone take over October 1st, so when you sign lease the $50 per adult with be owed. (Please excuse the mess in the pictures as we're in the process of packing things)
