Over sized garage. For some one willing to spend a little money this house becomes an estate. Neighborhood Description We looked in this neighborhood for months before we finally found a home. One of the reasons we moved here was for the schools. On September 19, 2005 Canyon Creek Elementary School was named a No Child Left Behind National Blue Ribbon School by the United States Department of Education. The prestigious recognition stemmed from a nomination submitted by the Texas Education Agency. It is one of only 25 schools in Texas to be named National Blue Ribbon Schools this year. Also the people and the neighbors are first class all the way with a strong sense of community. Pearce High School is one of the most academically competitive in the state.
