The location makes for convenient access to beaches, parks & both downtown Tampa & St Pete, as well as a short ride from airports. TWO master suites, one with a King, one with a Queen, have their own bathrooms, while the third bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a comfortable King if desired. One of the living room couches pulls out into a very comfortable gel memory foam sleeper. The gourmet kitchen is large, with breakfast bar and another casual dining area & fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy cooking dinners at home. The formal dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6. The two living spaces have views of the water front AND the 200 gallon salt water fish tank. For those who are traveling for work, or can work remotely, there's an executive desk just out of the way of the hub of activity, but still within view of the fish tank & a slice of the waterfront! Smart TVs in all bedrooms feature streaming, while the Main Living Room has cable. All three baths are tub/shower combinations. The backyard oasis is made for relaxing & entertaining, featuring a tiki hut bar with built in gas grill, refrigerator and TV, putting green, pool & fire pit with hammock on your own private sandy "beach" area.
