All pet waste in yard must be picked up on a regular weekly basis.
Winter - Sidewalks must be shoveled within 24 hours of any snowfall accumulation greater than one inch. Shovel provided. This is a Denver County rule.
Should any of these activities not be completed they will be hired out and the tenant will be billed for services.
