2414 18th Avenue N - Review This home was a perfect first home for me and my wife. The home itself is beautifully remodeled with a modern kitchen design and updated appliances. The master bedroom had more than enough space for our king size bed with night stands on either side and a large dresser, with a barn door style entrance to the remodeled bathroom. The floor plan of the house is well designed and utilizes the square footage to perfection. It makes the home feel much larger than what the square footage shows. The neighbors were also incredible people who we will certainly miss. The backyard was a game changer for us. We had to find a rental with a yard to accommodate our dog, and the large backyard of this home was amazing. It provided plenty of space for our dog to play and roam when she wanted to. The back patio is also a very cute space and we really enjoyed hosting friends and family when we had nice weather. The mudroom provided an exceptional space between the backyard and the inside of the home, with tons of space for storage and laundry. The location of this home was also perfectly positioned in Nashville for our young family. We enjoy going to various restaurants and breweries across Nashville. The home is located just a few minutes from Germantown, the Nations, as well as downtown Nashville, which made commutes quick and easy to some of our favorite spots around town. The home is also right next to the highway which made commuting anywhere a breeze! Additionally, the neighborhood itself has several restaurants and coffee shops that we could walk to which was amazing! Jamie is an incredible landlord to work with. We hardly had any notable issues with the home. On the few occasions I had to reach out to Jamie, he responded immediately, and would have the issue resolved ASAP. He is exactly the kind of landlord you want and makes the rental process easy and friendly. I cannot recommend this home enough! 1 month rent required up front for security deposit. Renter pays for electric and water. Owner will take care of lawn care service. No smoking allowed. Rent due by the 5th of each month. House comes unfurnished. Washer/Dryer IS included. One single lane driveway that can fit up to 3 cars.
