The shaded back deck in the fenced back yard is a great place to hang out in the summers. Pacific University, the summer farmer's market and lots of new restaurants in downtown Forest Grove are all within walking distance. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, yard maintenance and trash service. Ideally we are seeking a tenant who has a good, verifiable rental history with prior landlords and is not spending more than one third of their gross household income on rent.
