Very nice first time home for a young growing family to begin and have wonderful memories like we have. The neighborhood is absolutely the kindest and most helpful place you could live. We are nestled way in the back close to the pond for some fun fishing or even seeing the ducks and geese. We had our roof shingles rejuvenated 2 years ago to clean and add years of life to the shingles.
