Walking trails right behind yard. Small amount of storage may be available outside. This would be good for a single person or one couple and maybe 1 child. The house is coming furnished and stocked with everything you need including washer dryer. The house has electric heat and a mini split for extra cooling or heat. This location can get lots of snow in the winter so would need someone that could shovel sidewalks etc. possibly operate a snow blower to open driveway for use. This is not a party house.
