About 15 mins from Old Town and from I-25, close to an on ramp to the Spring Creek *Bike Trail* to campus/town center. Large locked walk-in storage shed in back yard, plus overhead storage in garage. Built-in doggie door to fenced back yard (but please keep cats indoors and dogs out only when someone is home). -We are open about pets and breeds, which is rare, but there is $25 per pet monthly rent (number of pets and pet id's will be verified). Also $300/pet deposit. We judge applicants and tenants by honesty up front in every category! Neighbors must be respected please. -All utilities paid by Tenant (low cost utilities seem to be common here- trash/recycle total is only about half price with our HOA's deal and my heating bills were always low here. But frequent Summer watering, on your dime and during cooler hours, is expected to keep up the lawns). -Lawn care and snow removal required by Tenant, within 24 hours of snow stopping (hire a pro if out of town). State laws about marijuana do not take precedence over Federal laws in this case, or over our legal lease, HOA rules, etc. -Income must show at least 3x rent. -Detailed CREDIT AND BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED. Excellent and verified legitimate rental references and job references required; application fees are not refundable. -This property has been adored by past tenants, for the location and the house itself! -We encourage you to drive by the neighborhood but please do not stop or approach tenants or neighbors at all.
