Rental bikes and scooters are just steps from your door. You have your own private space with a full kitchen, private bedroom, and deck to relax or engage in the many beach activities. The apartment features a lounge deck overlooking the water, fast Wi-Fi, a 55" Samsung 4K TV to stream your subscription channels, wood floors, new furniture, a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one dedicated off-street parking spot and shared washer/dryer and backyard area. One dedicated off-street parking spot is available. Alki Beach is unique in Seattle, being one of the few sandy beaches in the area and perhaps the most popular beach in the summer. With plenty of shared bikes and scooters for rent, a jogging/biking path, fire pits, picnic tables, and a bathhouse/art studio, this beach is popular year-round. Alki Beach Park is also part of the renowned "Whale Trail," a series of sites to view whales and other marine mammals from shore along the Pacific Coast. West Seattle itself is a gem, offering a small-town vibe while being easily accessible by Water Taxi, bus, car, and ride share. It can sometimes get very noisy here depending on the season and time of year due to the popularity of the area and the prime location right on the Alki strip next to the beach. The area can get quite lively and busy during the weekend and especially in the summer. During popular summer weekends, Alki Beach can get very crowded and street parking can become challenging. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. No smoking on premises with a $300 added fine and no pets with a $250 added fine. No shoes in the home and no guests other than those on the reservation without prior approval. No parties are allowed.
