The house rules are pretty basic - be respectful of the other roommates, keep noise to a minimum late at night, clean up after yourself, pitch in to keep the common areas reasonably clean, no smoking inside, no drugs, etc. Each bathroom is shared by two roommates. There's a nice BBQ grill in the backyard, a washer & dryer in the garage, and a dishwasher. The neighborhood is really nice and safe, and the neighbors are friendly.
