Absolutely no smokers, vaping, no drugs and prefer no alcohol. I am retired, quiet and friendly, but tend to keep to myself. I have two former feral cats who can be very skittish with strangers. No additional pets, please. Please note that I am old school and do not text at all. I prefer to speak with prospective tenants by phone to set up a time to tour the house. The water bill runs around $45 monthly for two people people. The Gas & Electric runs roughly $100, depending on season. They are billed monthly and I will advise when payments are due.
