This cabin property is also within 25 minutes of 5 major lakes for tons of world class fishing and water skiing. 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND SNOW TIRES EVEN CHAINS IN THE WINTER MONTHS WILL BE NECESSARY!! **Direct phone call or text is preferred** Nestled in the woods but right off a freeway exit. Propane is paid to owner monthly as it is used as reported on the propane company bill. Renter is also responsible for electricity and internet /cable. No smoking in or near cabin. In general, pets are not allowed, but outside or crated dogs would be negotiable.
