Everything in the apartment has been built with quality furnishings. Nice ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom, maple cabinets, southwestern rough-hewn doors, and southwestern light fixtures and sconces. All windows have quality insulating window coverings. The rock walkway to the apartment is lined with solar lighting, and a motion detecting light at the door to illuminate the entrance upon approaching. Included in the rent are the following: An extra large refrigerator with ice maker. Washer/dryer, Microwave, Water, sewage, trash, and recycling. Plenty of pine cones. Plenty of stars. The renter pays electricity and propane. Internet, and television if wanted. Electricity runs about $20/mo in the summer, and $50 in the winter. Propane runs about $100 to $150 in the winter, negligible in summer. The apartment is pre-wired for cable Internet and television. Renter is responsible for rock walkway/path to apartment snow removal. No smokers, no marijuana growing and/or consumption of any kind. We regret that we are not able to allow pets.
