This house has its own entrance and a full bathroom and three bedrooms with and dining room and Kitchen it consist of three bedrooms a Livingroom dining room and kitchen ,tenant pays gas for there heat and hot water you pay your own electric, and water bill , you are able to get a washer dyer if you choose to .
