The landlord is pretty thorough and will look into things like employment, rental references, and criminal history. Tenants are responsible for a 3-way split of $2200($733 each). Utilities (electric, internet, gas heat) can be about $125-$175 per person as well, depending what time of year it is. The lease is for until July with an option to renew. The other 2 people living here are a 30 year old man and a 42 year old woman, as well as a cat. No other cats will be allowed. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and can fit up to a queen mattress. There's also plenty of storage on the 3rd floor and the basement if you need it. The lease duration is 1 year and can be renewed in July
