Hello, we have 1 bedroom available in this 3 bedroom unit we're hoping to fill as soon as we find the right fit. The landlord is pretty thorough and will look into things like employment, rental references, and criminal history. Tenants are responsible for a 3-way split of $2200($733 each). Utilities (electric, internet, gas heat) can be about $125-$175 per person as well, depending what time of year it is. The lease is for until July with an option to renew. The other 2 people living here are a 30 year old man and a 42 year old woman, as well as a cat. No other cats will be allowed. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and can fit up to a queen mattress. There's also plenty of storage on the 3rd floor and the basement if you need it. The lease duration is 1 year and can be renewed in July
