Northside Village, formerly known as Yates Village, has undergone a comprehensive multi-phase redevelopment through a partnership between the Schenectady Municipal Housing Authority (SMHA) and Duvernay + Brooks, LLC. The revitalized community now features a total of 300 high-quality, affordable apartment homes, created through both the rehabilitation of existing units and new construction. Tax credit apartments are available at various income tiers. Please note, 250 of the 300 apartments at Northside Village require direct referral from SMHA.
