La Casita is fully furnished and located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood in Alpine, CA. Monthly rent is $3,300 which includes all utilities and WiFi. A $500 security deposit is refundable depending on condition of La Casita. One dog under 40 pounds is welcome. Dog fee is $100 per month which includes full use of the property's grassy 1/2 acre Dog Park. No cats. First and last month's rent, plus $500 security deposit is due when lease is signed, for a total of $7,100. Lease duration is 12 months. Rent is due on the 1st of the month by Zelle, check or money order. Late fee after the 5th of the month is 5% of the rental fee. After 10 days a notice will be given to vacate within 20 days. Private and exclusive use of the Jacuzzi located steps from La Casita in a private nature setting is available for an additional $200 per month and renter is responsible for keeping it clean and tidy. Renters insurance is highly recommended. No subletting. No smoking or vaping in the house and no use of illegal drugs. Maintenance requests will be taken care of as soon as possible.
