The room is equipped with a queen size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, dresser and mini fridge.
Shared kitchen and living space. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, utensils and dishwasher.

Large driveway for parking. Large backyard with seating area on the porch.
I have 2 dogs. 4y.o. male cocker spaniel, sweet and hyper. 2 y.o. female rescue husky-pitbull mix, she will need some time to get used to the new guests, she barks but is not aggressive.
I just ask that the bathroom and room be cleaned at least every 2 weeks.
keep common areas organized and clean as much as possible.
House is fully furnished, just bring your personal items. Expenses for cleaning/hygiene products such as paper towel, toilet paper, bleach, window cleaner, dish/dishwasher soap, etc., will be shared.
