The townhouse is 2 stories with a half bath on the 1st floor and both bedrooms (on the 2nd floor) have a private full bath attached. Washer/dryer in the unit. No neighbors above or below and walls between townhouses are thick enough to hide normal apartment noises.Rent is $525/month plus utilities which are typically under $100/month. I will pay any fees required for move-in. Room is available now until June 27, with option to renew.
