I lived in the house for 5 years before deciding to move closer to work. Since the water, electricity and trash cannot be separately monitored for usage, they are included in the rent. Bi-monthly pest control is also included in the rent. Gas is only used in the upper unit and is therefore the responsibility of the tennant.
