My wife and I are moving to the West Coast for my summer internship. The unit is available from June 1 until August 31. We are leaving our furniture, including a bed, two TVs, a table, a desk, chairs and a couch. The building is right next to the MBTA Green Line station and the #86 bus stop with direct service to Kenmore, Harvard Square, and downtown Boston. Owner pays for heat and water. Sublessee pays for electricity, high-speed internet, and cooking gas.
