Sleeps 8 comfortably. MAIN LEVEL (two story side): Master Bedroom on Main Level Full Bathroom right next to Master Bedroom. Full Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. UPPER-LEVEL of TWO STORY SIDE: Half Bathroom between two upstairs bedrooms, Air Conditioning Upstairs. Huge, lake-facing windows. Second Bedroom (upstairs) with Queen Bed, plus Bunk bed with two Twin Bunks, Ceiling Fan, Dresser, and Huge, lake-facing windows. Third Bedroom (upstairs) with Queen Bed, Closet, Dresser, Ceiling Fans, Huge lake-facing windows. Owner pays for all utlities other than Septic pumping. Owner pays for Electric, Heat, Water + Garbage, as well as High-Speed Wi-Fi. The renter will need to call Siefert Septic (local in Pelican Rapids) to schedule and pay for holding tank pumping. This service is needed an estimated once, or twice per month, dependent on water usage, and costs about $120 per pump. There is a marker on the outside of the property, that shows status of septic fill level, and gives the renter a few days time to schedule their needed pump.
