Late Fees If rent is not paid within five days of the due date, the Tenant agrees to pay a late fee of $100.00 each week. 9. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days before the intended termination date. Early termination by the Tenant may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit unless otherwise agreed upon. 10.
