(You would be taking over my lease through May 2023) The neighborhood: - Whole Foods is a 5 min walk, Trader Joe's is a 10 min walk - The Reach is a 5 min walk - Georgetown is a 15-20 min walk - Street parking is usually plentiful - Lease runs through at least May 2023, with an option to renew/extend - All utilities included except WiFi (for which I currently pay about $10/month) - No smoking allowed
