There is a nutty but lovable dog who lives here, and he enjoys napping in a sunny patch on the living room rug, right next to our mid-sized collection of indoor plants. No smoking inside, and no pets. The dog who already lives here only gets along with humans. There's a two car garage and a wide driveway, so there is space to park if you have a car! Prefer a 6 month or 12 month lease, but can be flexible. Renewing is an option as well! Security deposit is one month's rent and will be returned (minus any damage fees) within 30 days of lease termination.
