Price includes technical survey and septic system engineering. Survey includes existing site features (treeline, edge of pavement, walkways, test pit locations, etc), at grade utilities and property markings to be utilized as a base plan for a future septic design. State licensed soil evaluator conducted four test pits and four percolation tests at property and coordinated with Town of Dennis to oversee the soil evaluation. Processed soil data, soil classification and percolation forms required to permit new septic system. Staked out corner boundaries with wood stakes and flagged at each corner of the property. Will provide survey plan (plot plan) in PDF format and one stamped final survey.
