Alterations Tenant shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to the premises, including painting, without Landlord's prior written consent. 5. Pets No pets are permitted without Landlord's prior written consent. If pets are permitted, Tenant shall pay any additional deposit and comply with Landlord's pet rules. 6. Occupancy Limits The premises shall be occupied only by the persons named in this lease. Subleasing or assignment is prohibited without Landlord's prior written consent. 7. Noise & Nuisance Tenant shall not engage in, or permit, any loud music, parties, or disturbances that interfere with neighbors' quiet enjoyment. 8. Entry by Landlord Landlord may enter the premises with at least 24 hours' written notice for repairs, inspections, or to show the property to prospective tenants or buyers, except in cases of emergency. 9. Insurance Tenant is encouraged to maintain renter's insurance covering personal property and liability. 10. Prohibited Uses Tenant shall not use the premises for any unlawful purpose, nor for any business or commercial activity without Landlord's prior written consent.
