Hello awesome people. I am looking to rent out a room in my Edgewater house. I am a goldsmith/custom jeweler and rising business costs have pushed me to seek a roommate. I own the place, care for it deeply, and clean/organized. House is fully furnished and completely set up. I am open to short term and 12 months leases. Chillest landlord ever :) Rent is $1050, Utilities extra. 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom I have a small french bulldog and I'm unfortunately allergic to cats. New hot water heater, great AC for summer, I do all yard work and don't ask much besides clean space and on time bills. Thanks! Im open to 3, 6 or 12 month leases. I am an extremely laid back landlord. All I desire is peace, cleanliness and good vibes. Lets help make each other lives a bit easier and pleasant!
