Join us! Our space contains everything you need for a fun stay in rural Maine! The space comes with a fully stocked kitchen, access to a propane grill and private patio off the second floor kitchen. Each bedroom has fresh comfortable linens and natural lighting with great views of the forest. The bathroom is clean and comes with a washer/dryer for our guest that choose to stay for a long haul. Outside there is a quaint path through the forest that leads you to your private dock with canoe and fire pit. The cottage boasts some of the best sunsets. This a a tight knit community/space and there are always lake friends around to share a good time with. Whole house access. There is a private driveway and two entrances into the home with a balcony overlooking the lake. Other things to note: This location is on a nature preserve with over 70 acres of untouched Maine wilderness. The home itself is in a quiet but easily accessible neighborhood right next to a babbling brook. The home comes with everything you would need for a fun family stay, a romantic getaway or a solo work trip. There is no smoking on the property. Owners will pay for water, plowing and discuss internet. The lease runs from November until May.
