Additionally, all the plumbing fixtures were replaced along with the hot and cold-water lines. The old inefficient furnace was replaced with a state-of-the-art HWBB propane boiler. This heating appliance provides not only heat during the colder months but also on demand hot water throughout the year. Propane is a clean burning fuel that produces less greenhouse gasses than other forms of heating fuel. The new state of the art boiler should inspire confidence that you should not need to replace the heating system for many years.
