Easy commute to MIT, Harvard, Tufts, anywhere in Cambridge/Somerville or downtown Boston. The apartment has all the upgrades: off-street parking, shared outdoor space (with a little garden!), central AC, gas stove, stainless steel appliances (incl. dishwasher), wall of built-ins in the kitchen, glass shower, great light! It's also on the top floor so you never hear people walking above you. There are two bedrooms, the first is smaller and has a queen bed. The second is huge and is set up as an office with an standing desk and a super comfortable futon that easily sleeps two. Because of this set up, the place is NOT ideally suited for someone needing two separate sleeping spaces. Because we're renting the place furnished, NO PETS PERMITTED.
