James Van Allen Elementary School is a 3 minute drive. Buford Garner Elementary & Heritage Christian School are at a walking distance 3-4 minutes away. North Liberty Elementary and Liberty High school and North Central Junior High School and Penn Elementary school are only 4 minutes away driving. Great Location everything is nearby. Children friendly park nearby within a walking distance. The house has a fenced backyard great for those who have dogs or would like to have a dog. The location is wonderful it has a lot of businesses nearby and the rec center/ pool. Hy-Vee is only 3 minutes away a lot of job opportunities also. The house has grey new floors. Has been repainted white. Will be ready for move in December 1st. Currently there are tenants in it which is why I do not have more updated photos. $50 extra dollars per animal. I will expect the renter to pay a security deposit of $2,000which if nothing is damaged will be returned at the end of the lease and the first month's rent which will be $2,000. I need the last two pay stubs and a background check.
