There are two ceiling fans to keep it cool during the summer along with nice ocean breezes. Brand new hardwood flooring, new tiled bathroom (no tub just a shower stall) and freshly painted inside. New architectual roof, skylights and all new baseboards. House has outdoor shower, large deck, large shed and big back yard for fun and entertaining.
